Goal:
Organization and launch of culinary, meat, fish, bakery and confectionery shops for a supermarket network.
Objectives:
● Developing the food service concept for the supermarket;
● Development of assortment and services;
● Development of the production operational model;
● Development of production process design;
● Organization of production processes, including: recruitment and training of personnel of all levels, development of production standards, author’s supervision, development of business processes, support for the conclusion of contracts for the supply of raw materials, development of regulatory and permissive documentation, certificates, declarations, launch of the production cycle, marketing plan to achieve project indicators for the production and sale of finished products;
● Start-up and operational management of production facilities.
